Formed on 1st July 2013, MasFusion Band(PlusFusion/+Fusion) is everything the band’s name suggests and much more. This is music fusion with a unique mixture and a sense of beauty that’s been missing for far too long on the Costa Del Sol. Their suitably explosive yet gorgeous debut effort band marks the spot for the beginning of a band with individually accomplished artists; united by their love for fresh music creativity.

The idea behind MasFusion remains a powerfully simple one. “Our concept is to offer a mixture of music flavors based on our musical experiences and cultural backgrounds” explains the multi-instrumentalist George William. “We set out to make music we enjoy and can feel proud of playing music that people we like will want to listen to. As soon as you start thinking beyond that.. about wanting to keep up with other bands or about fitting in with somebody else’s format, that’s when you lose the map. So we just do what we love to do best and try to have a cool time doing it.” Everything you’ve heard about MasFusion is true.
It consists of talented professional musicians from different parts of the world; bringing together a world of experience in music styles and cultural flavors to create a unique captivating sound that is not easily found. Members include multi-instrumentalist and singer – George William Musulira (originally from Uganda and UK), Flamenco guitarist and singer – Rafael Losada Jimenez (Spain), drummer – Jorge Cid (Argentina), guitarist – Edgar Pavon (Paraguay) and bass – Martin Mendez (Argentina) among others. While +Fusion Band inevitably offers echoes of its members’ illustrious musical backgrounds, their sound is definitely forward-looking and truly fresh in all senses of that word.
